How do you strike the right balance between automation and retaining the “Human Quotient”?
Understanding employee experience metrics
Employees are the internal customers of an organization, and their experience with the organization can actually make or break the revenue numbers. The hiring process, onboarding period, employee's interactions with coworkers and supervisors, and availability of necessary resources and technologies, all play a significant role in determining how satisfied employees are with their work environment.
Let’s understand through the lens of two HR leaders - the strategies to implement and the challenges one must overcome - to create a meaningful employee experience. In addition, let’s hear first-hand experiences of how automation and cutting-edge technology are improving the employee experience without eliminating the human element.
