Leena AI Closes $75 Million in Contracts in a Single Day

We closed $75M in contracts in one day - 5x our previous record. Enterprises aren't piloting Agentic AI anymore. They're standardizing on it.

Leena AI closes $75M in a single day

The enterprise back office is where AI money is moving right now, and a single day at Leena AI just made that visible. Leena AI closed $75 million in contracts in a single day, the largest single day of new business in the company’s history.

Quick facts

  • $75 million in contracts closed in a single day (August 2026)
  • 5X the previous single-day record of $15 million, set in January 2026
  • The two record days came just seven months apart
  • Leena AI’s agentic AI platform powers 20M+ employees across 500+ enterprises, resolving 70%+ of tickets autonomously

The record it broke was our own, set just seven months ago:

In January I posted that we closed $15M of contracts in a single day. I called it the biggest day in Leena AI’s history. That record didn’t last seven months,” said Adit Jain, CEO and co-founder of Leena AI. “Last week we closed $75M in a single day. 5X.

Why enterprises are buying now

A number like this says less about one company’s sales day and more about where enterprise AI demand is concentrating: the back office. Customer-facing AI gets the headlines, but the money is moving to where enterprises bleed time and cost every single day: HR, IT, Finance, Supply Chain and other back office functions.

The reason is structural, not seasonal. The enterprise back office was never one system. A typical large enterprise back office runs on 50 to 100 applications, with no single system of record. Every employee request, whether a leave application, a laptop issue, or an expense approval, crosses several of them. Ops teams spend their days stitching the gaps by hand. Executives get no unified view of how work actually flows through their own company.

And the first wave of enterprise AI has made this worse, not better. Every application in the stack now ships with its own AI assistant, and CIOs are watching agent sprawl spread across their organizations: dozens of assistants, each trapped inside the boundary of its own application, none able to carry a cross-functional problem to resolution. Each new bot also raises questions no single vendor answers. What are the guardrails? Who has visibility into what these agents are doing? Where does governance live?

For two decades, the answer to every back-office problem was to buy yet another system. Agentic AI is the first technology that works across the fragmentation instead of adding to it. AI Colleagues sit on top of the stack an enterprise already runs, with 200+ integrations into Workday, SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Oracle and more. They automate entire business processes end to end and put observability and governance in one place: role-based access, policy guardrails, a full audit trail. And the results are measured, not promised: across 500+ deployments, go-lives happen in 45 days and ROI runs 4-10X.

HR, IT, and Finance are where the pain is sharpest, so that’s where the demand is today. But every function that runs on a fragmented stack is next, and enterprises know it. That is why they’re making platform decisions, not running pilots. And it’s why $75 million closed in a single day.

The proof behind the demand

This is the same story customers tell publicly. Coca-Cola centralized its HR services on Leena AI’s platform with its AI assistant “AskMi”:

“Leena AI has helped us a lot in the Digital Transformation journey. We have centralized all our HR services into Leena AI and made it a single point of contact. And have saved 40% of our time for approval and request,” said Dat Luong, Digital Solution Manager, Coca-Cola Vietnam.

Coca-Cola’s HR team has also reported automating over 60% of repetitive employee queries, cutting employees’ time-to-information by 50%, and reducing ticket creation by 34% in the first year.

And the pattern repeats across industries:

“Turnaround across HR, IT, and finance has gone from 2 days down to 6 hours, and the employee experience is noticeably better. It’s also given us a reliable way to reach 100% of our employees digitally,” said Makeen Khan, Chief Information Officer, Coca-Cola.

“Leena AI showed us we could resolve over 70% of questions in real time for our global workforce,” said Michael Manning, VP, HR Data & Innovation, FM.

What this signals

Enterprises don’t commit at this scale for experiments. Single-day contract closures of this size reflect organizations making long-term platform decisions, and a market that has moved from piloting AI to standardizing on it. Recognition has followed the results: Leena AI has been named a Gartner® Leader in agentic AI for three consecutive years.
