Series B: We’ve raised $30M and are all set for our next growth chapter!

We are thrilled to announce we’ve raised $30M in Series B funding, led by Bessemer Venture Partners, with the continued participation of existing investor Greycroft and the addition of the B Capital Group.

Fresh off the heels of our $8M Series A just this past November, this is a significant milestone for our rapidly growing company.

Since our inception in 2018, we have focused on enabling HR teams to deliver an A-class employee experience. This investment round will help us further accelerate product development and innovation and expand to new geographies.

Three million employees across 60 countries now use Leena AI which is available in 40+ languages. Leading Chief People Officers from some of the most recognizable top global enterprises – including Coca-Cola, Nestle, Abbott, Puma, and P&G – already resolve approximately 40 percent of employee queries autonomously with Leena AI’s advanced machine learning, conversational-AI, and Natural Language Understanding platform.

Our product remains our area of focus and it has grown exponentially since the time we started out. Covering the whole ambit of employee experience, our platform comes equipped with an HR Service Delivery suite, an employee engagement module, as well as a Covid Response Suite that enables you to support your employees through the pandemic.

Where do we go from here?

Our mission remains simple: to build an Employee Experience Suite that is flexible enough to support the constantly evolving needs of any organization. With this new round of investment, comes a brand-new bag of motivation and we intend to use all of it in building products that help us move closer to our mission.

In fact, some of our products are already in beta mode and you can expect to see their launch very soon!

Also, we are hiring for multiple roles across Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Technology, and Customer Success teams. And, as our 180+ strong team would reaffirm, we are committed to ensuring autonomy at work and are personally invested in the growth of each employee.
